HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?<\/strong>
\nIf you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return an item, please contact us within 5 days of the receipt of your order. Indicate your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved. Only items purchased directly from Safety Supplies will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized stores, please contact them directly for returns. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals and documentation. The returned items must be unused, in the same conditions in which we send them to you and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken stamps \/ broken plastic sheet will not be accepted. If the condition of the product returned to us is not acceptable, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged. Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and products damaged through customer mishandling. Returns made without receipt can be rejected.
